Professor Melanie Madhani

Professor Melanie Madhani leads a multidisciplinary Cardiovascular Translational Research Group at the University of Birmingham investigating mechanisms driving hypertension, peripheral arterial disease, myocardial infarction and heart failure. Her research brings scientists and clinicians together to discover innovative therapies, translating fundamental discoveries from bench-to-bedside and back again.
