In this study, we explore sleep patterns in mothers during pregnancy and also in their partners. In addition, we will investigate the potential associations between sleep and mental health during pregnancy in mothers and partners.

Project aims

This study will help us to further understand sleep during the pregnancy period, and also to get further information on how sleep and mental health problems might associate with each other.
